Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Esseg Media (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Payment Terms

• •One-time projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion
• •All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement
• •Late payments may result in service suspension after 7 days

Cancellation Policy

• •Monthly services can be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice
• •No long-term contracts are required for monthly services
• •Custom projects may have specific cancellation terms outlined in the project agreement
• •Refunds for prepaid services will be prorated based on work completed

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content, materials, and intellectual property you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to use this content solely for providing our services.

Our Work

Upon full payment, you will own all deliverables created specifically for you, unless otherwise specified. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Third-Party Tools

Some services may involve third-party tools, platforms, or software that remain subject to their respective terms and licenses.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esseg Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

No Guarantees

While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as:

• •Search engine rankings or traffic numbers
• •Number of leads or conversions
• •Review ratings or quantities
• •Revenue increases

Marketing and technology results depend on many factors outside our control.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Esseg Media from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
